Do you shop with credit cards?

I just got back from Singapore from a part-business trip and in the light of shopping, I ‘stole’ a little time off to grab a few tops My close friends know that I’m a fast shopper or some may consider me an ‘impulsive’ one… well, sometimes I can be (*wink*).

Whatever it is, I have learnt to spend within my means over the years, that is, not to overspend, especially with the convenience of credit cards. What more, it is common for credit card companies to allow interest free payments in big purchases, which means you may end up buying more expensive items! I don’t deny the user-friendliness of shopping with Credit Cards especially during travels and vacation. It is safer than carrying huge amounts of cash, don’t you think so? When it comes to shopping with credit card UK travellers tend to choose VISA over AMEX and in the US, it will be the reversed.

I mean, credit card payments have provided more flexibilities for online purchases and online store sellers. Just a word of caution: Never send your credit card details via email or instant messenger, always ensure that you are making payments via a secure site if you are using your credit card for your online purchases.
