Hong Kong vacation
My brother is planning to take his family to Hong Kong for a short vacation in September. Knowing that I’m an ‘online traveller’, he has commissioned me to help in the accommodation search. Being a father of two small kids, he needs to stay in a location that is accessible to the train stations, malls and eating outlets. So with these requirements in mind, I’m going shopping for hotel accommodation in the Pearl of the Orient…
Here’s a value for money, ideal choice: LANGHAM PLACE HOTEL MONGKOK, HONG KONG. The hotel is walking distance of the ferry and Mongkok subway station, connected by bridge to Langham Place Shopping Mall’s 300 international shops, restaurants and multiplex cinema and close to many places of interests. The photos at HotelReservations online booking site have convinced me that the Langham Place is one luxurious, stylish and premium accommodation choice for a comfortable holiday in Hong Kong. The room and the views look great, I suppose they could be the more expensive room options?
Maybe The Park Lane in Hong Kong island located in bustling Causeway Bay may be another option should my dear bro decides to settle for Hong Kong island instead of Kowloon. Causeway Bay is a popular and busy shopping and entertainment district, known for its malls and huge selection of local and international retail stores. With Kowloon ferry within walking distance, this looks like a nice hotel for any holiday maker. Most importantly, the nightly rates are affordable, depending on your time of travel.
Actually, there are a few good options available and viewing the hotels online can it easy for any traveller to make a booking and plan an itinerary. The rates provided at Hotel Reservations are attractive for some hotels while others are competitive. At one glance, you can spot special internet rates or hotel discounts, read all the detailed information and view the property’s photos. So if you are planning for your next vacation, try out an online accommodation search and you will discover the convenience, flexibility and many added perks compared to traditional hotel bookings.
I’m still hoping to book a stay at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong one of these days…
