whimsical illustrations
I came to know about Allymoon and her inspirational story via the blog of my buddy, Sesame just the other day and finally had the time to check out her creative illustrations. The artist, Jacintha Sue, was onced told that she couldn’t draw but believed that she could, she could and she would! This great determination and her passion for nature’s beauty and things around her, coupled with great-grandma’s life stories led her to illustrate her thoughts and ideas on apparel and more.
She is having a little sale on her apparel ($12 – $14)and you ought to check out these whimsical mirrors too. They are only $6.50 and are one of a kind!

starfish and corals
There is a charming starfish collection at Tiffany which I adore for a long time but I am just not willing to pay so much for sterling silver jewelry. The last Tiffany jewelry I received was a gift for my birthday from my dear hubby. So if you like me, who are attracted to starfish jewelry, here is a cheaper yet beautiful alternative. Artist Catherine Weitzman creates this stunning starfish jewelry to evoke the casual and relaxing spirit of the shores. These handcrafted pieces are made of sterling silver and casted from actual sea life specimens, designed and made in hawaii – talk about being original here! Prices range from $45 – $85, available in coral necklace and starfish earrings. Find it in uncommongoods.com

coloured pencil jewelry
There are many good reasons why I love to shop at uncommongoods.com. Not only are the items found here creative, affordable, unique and of high quality, this online marketplace seeks to feature merchandise created in harmony with the environment and without harm to animals or people. That’s cool, isn’t it. Talking about creativity… look at how creative this designer can get with coloured pencils. It gives me an idea of what I can do to Clayton’s broken coloured pencils! The Write Look is available in bracelet, necklace and earrings by artist Any Pfaffman, who specializes in turning unwanted or used everyday items into charming jewelry.
