When it comes to home remodelling, most people will focus on the interiors and overall architecture of the house. It may be fixing in new doors, windows, putting a new coat of paint, fixing new cabinets, buying new furniture and even little things like adding touches to the home.

Both DH and myself avoid touching the fixtures of the house. As we work from home, it is disruptive to have any drilling or knocking in the house so we would keep all remodeling work to a minimum. I do wish that he will do something about our mailbox as the standard one to every household is too small. Besides, it tends to get crowded when we travel and sometimes, mails get lost and tossed when there is no room for more. Perhaps, a locking mailbox will be great for security reasons.
