Home of the Eiffel Tower, Paris
They say that it’s one of the most romantic cities in the world – marveled by honeymooners, couples and those who enjoy fine taste and pure luxury. This must be Paris, home to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe and Palais Garnier. For me, I have always regarded France as a country rich in culture, art, tradition and architecture. The French language is as fine as its culture and heritage. Being a student of art and design, I must visit the museums to experience the true originality of impressionist art. I can picture myself walking along the French gardens and savouring the French pasties in a little sidewalk cafe with a cup of local gourmet coffee.
I’m only concerned about Paris hotels as I am warned that the prices can be exorbitant, especially for those with 4-5 star ratings. If you are after the hôtels en Paris located at Champs Elysees – Arc de Triomphe, be prepared to be nothing less than 400 Euros. But if you don’t mind some traveling or you want a Paris accommodation that is more affordable, there are many hotels in Paris suburbs that cost half the price of those at the popular locations. Why not, since you can save more to do some good shopping in Paris.
