lavera mineral based sunscreen
If you plan to stay long hours under the sun, make sure you apply a mineral based sunscreen on your face and other skin areas that is exposed to the sun. Personally, I like the Lavera 100% mineral based sunscreen as it creates a physical barrier of fine non-reactive minerals on my skin, like micro size fish scale, They reflect excess UVA and UVB back into the atmosphere instead of letting our skin absorb it. Beware of synthetic sun protection lotions or creams as they are correlated with hormonal imbalances and are harmful to our skin. The one I bought was the kids’ range but I believe it does the job too. What is nice about Lavera is that it is organic and made of pure natural ingredients.
