baroque tahitian pearls

Boy, if diamonds are a girl’s best friend, pearls may be next! It’s hard to resist taking a peek at pearls when I’m in a jewelry shop though I’m not the pearly sort. But while I was in Shanghai last year, I brought back 2 sets of Akoya Pearl sets. As usual, I tend to forget I have them so they are kept in my jewelry pouch waiting to be worn and adored. My favourite or should I say, dream pearl jewelry is still the Tahitian pearls. Have you seen them? They are absolutely exotic and gorgeous! The Tahitian pearls at National Pearls are available in two varieties – the Baroque and Multi colour – if you ask me, I would vote for the baroque one for its exotic appeal and charming finish. I seriously have to convince DH to get this for my coming birthday!

    I thought pearls were supposed to be white? These look silver I guess they are really fancy ones.
