shopping for content management software
I am shopping for a content management software for our company come 2008 since new plans are laid out and we’ll be doing alot more than this year. Though we are not a big organization, we work with overseas partners which calls for a greater need to find an integrated system that improves our communication and work process.
BoxesOS content management applications seem to deliver the features that meet our plans for next year. What I like is the scheduling system at ViewPoint, a system unique to BoxesOS where users can ensure a smoother communication process and maintain their own calendars and personal information. This is great in enhancing the working relationship within a department for an organization since everyone can be updated with project developments and progress. For us, we can share confidential or secure information with our partners whom we hardly get to meet due to our hectic schedules. The system allows users to access data, share, manage and archive information on a secure platform. I may just ask my hubby (DH) to give the 30 days trial a go, since he’s more familiar with the operational aspects of our business.

What is the difference between this and Sales Force.com? I’m not familiar with what exactly content management software does.
