dodostyle: a blend of Korean and Japanese fashion
This layered look among urban young girls and teenagers is catching up in cities like Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea and probably Malaysia. While they would make me look like someone who is pretending like a cute and carefree teenage girl, this style of dressing may be hot and trendy among the girls of urban cities. I’ve definitely outgrown this sort of hip and unconventional styles but can imagine how I’ll be crazy over them if these were available during my days.
Lace tops, glare gathered skirts, wavy necklines, long tee dress, contrasting leggings, pink tops, short minis, hip denims, this is Dodostyle, an unconventional line by South Korean fashion designer Kim Hyo Jin, blending the fashion scene of Korean and Japanese. Girls at that age adore red checks and floral fabrics, ribbons on feminine blouses, hoodie tops, denim bolero, they love to mingle together, dress uniformly with their peers.
Actually, I thought this winged heart denim bolero looks really cute. It’s one of those add-ons I wouldn’t mind having with my bermudas and denims. Sometimes, it’s just nice to look sassy and youthful with fun and stylish clothing like this. Great for summer nights or cool breezy days, it’s all up to you!
