getting serious in culinary
No, I’m not a great cook though I do enjoy roasting a chicken or baking a warm chocolate cake when I feel like it. I attended a baking class few months ago and promised to get a little more serious in baking in 2008. While checking out a Las Vegas culinary school at http://www.vegasculinary.com/, I wonder what will it be like if I were to choose hospitality for a career in my younger days.
I must say that the internet has made it easy for me to shop for food recipes of any kind - poultry, cakes, desserts, italian, asian, healthy treats, you name it, you find it. But if you are after a career in F&B or like to be an aspiring chef, a reputable culinary school training is the way to go.
