the works of amy bengtson

Even though I have left the field of graphic design (commercially) for more than five years, discovering indie designers in the web still bring me much inspiration. Stumbling upon the website of a design school like International Academy of Design and Technology, Vegas (http://www.iadtvegas.com/) brings me memories of my design school education, exploring all fields of arts and design was fun, exciting, refreshing and uplifting!

The internet is not short of indie designers and artists these days. My pick for this evening is the handmade collection of indie designer, Amy Bengtson whose Swiss heritage and architecture background taught her the importance of structure and balance. Amy is constantly inspired by geometry and the beauty in nature and you can see that in her jewelry design which spells simplicity, elegance, minimalism and a pure sense of balance in the form. Check her out at http://amybengtson.com/.
