online tv technology
In this global age of technology, online television has become accessible through these media channels: a TV, computer, and even portable devices (such as mobile phones); and one can opt to watch a regular TV channel or select a show on demand. I bet many of you have been enjoying the luxury of watching your favourite show on demand. However, online television has been continually developed, because it still has features that need enhancement—like its streaming technology which is still of low quality and quite costly.
European and Asian countries have started investing and using online or internet television already, and there are others that rode on this bandwagon as well. I just read about watching Indian TV online with WatchIndia.TV, the largest selection of Indian TV channels outside the subcontinent. Not only is the package made flexible and affordable, it contains multiple channels and television selections including Bollywood movies, classics, news, sports and entertainment.
Online television will truly move and carry this era to the new age of technology. Through this, people can get updated regularly of everything going on around the globe, and broadcasters can reach a wider range of audience especially their niche market.

Online television is huge here in Japan, too. Most high-speed internet plans have options for internet TV, and there are more stations popping up all the time. Actually, they even have phone plans where you get your own phone number that goes through the internet but works like a regular phone, and it is much cheaper than getting a number through the regular telephone line. What are they going to think of next?
