I found them in an online store with a catchy name: Orange Button. This dainty Konichiwa Flower Skirt is one of a kind, made by Random Nicole. It features two applique layered flowers accented with lace leaves and a ruffle hem. Made from 97% cotton/3% spandex cotton twill with an invisible side zipper. Every garment has a varied trim which means you can’t find two pieces of the same identical look.
