“I bought the SealSaver sets from Invental when they were first released in October. I now have 5 sets and gave them to everyone in my family for Christmas — glad to see them on Amazon!
I tend to have a lot of fresh produce and these containers have kept bagged salad fresh for over a week (in the past I had to throw the salad out the day after the bag was opened). My home made salsa keeps its texture and fresh flavor for about 2 weeks (use to just be 2 days). My nuts and crackers stay fresh until they are gone — I am no longer throwing away food.
One of the things I like best is using the SealSaver containers for marinating — 20-30 minutes and full flavor is injected! Then the lid with the built in pump and the container can all be popped in the dishwasher for easy clean-up.
The only reason I did not give them a full 5 stars is that you do need to take the valves out and clean everything really good before the first use. Not a big deal but it does take a little time.”
