affordable organic skincare from sukin organics
Organic skin care can be expensive though we like the fact that they are usually free petrochemicals, parabens, animal derivatives, artificial fragrance and sodium lauryl sulphate. Last weekend, I was shopping around in one of the Watsons stores in Singapore and found Sukin Organics on the shelves. Actually, I was pretty impressed that I could find organic products in Watsons since they used to be sold in specialty or natural health stores. Organic skin care is becoming popular among Singaporeans as more people are aware of its goodness and benefits.
Sukin organics products which hailed from Australia are surprisingly very affordable compared to other labels like Dr Hauschk, Lavera or Ren. I picked up the 120 ml cream cleanser at S$12.95 and for its quality ingredients and organic promise, I found it to be a good deal. Since I tend to double cleanse my face whenever I had make up on for that day, I don’t need an expensive cream cleanser to remove makeup and dirt. After a few uses, I must say that the S$12.95 is a good value since the cleanser did help to remove all traces of makeup, oil and grime from the face. The texture is light and my skin feels soft and clean after a good cleansing. This is definitely better than paying S$40 - $50 for other organic cream or milk cleanser.
