i wish i can sew

See, I always wish that I can sew better. In school, I sew well enough to get a passing grade in home econs but I’m hopeless in getting a stitching line perfect and I’m frantic when the sewing machine starts moving too fast. I don’t know if I’m phobic with sewing machines but due to this, I’ve never quite fulfilled this secret wish. So I truly admire those with delicate fingers who can sew totes, quilts, dresses, tops and skirts. Perhaps, I should try out crafts like knitting and crochet which don’t require me to handle those automatic sewing machines. Then, I can still acquire some handcrafting skills as a hobby I can enjoy in years to come.
