While some of us tap on the powerful online technology for internet business, blogging, online marketing, email communication and research, businesses have moved forward in their business communication via conference calls. Business people especially management staff use conference calls on a regular basis to meet with business associates, both internally and outside of their company.

Many client meetings or sales presentations, project meetings and updates, regular team meetings, training classes have been conducted using the convenience of conference call.  In fact, with conference calling, bosses can communicate with employees who work in different locations and most importantly, conference calling is used to reduce travel costs and allowing workers to be more productive. It also allows a bigger group interaction as opposed to a single caller concept in telephone communication.
