		<description>remember supersize me? a lot of people eat on these fast food chains on a REGULAR BASIS, and you could only imagine what those type of foods are doing to their body's system... an entire month of eating nothing but fast food, morgan spurlocks health just went down south... anyway, i personally eat a lot of fruits, its delicious and refreshing, what more could you ask for... my mom is in her mid 60s, and she just started drinking goji juice, she says it doesnt taste that good, but we have yet to see the effects... hope it does her good...</description>

		<description>Another personal tip to include nutritious food in our daily diets: when you're feeling snacky and long for a little something, much on something raw, like a carrot or some fruit. One it tastes better when you're hungry and secondly it is good for you and wont fill you with empty calories like a processed snack will!</description>
