Go Shopping in Singapore and Enjoy!

All I need is go shopping in Singapore and I will somewhat rejuvenated! Given a choice, I would prefer a beach vacation but since this isn’t possible this season, a short trip in Singapore was good enough to make me feel recharged!

Friends have already been telling me about the new ION Orchard at Orchard Road. I have to say that I am impressed with the architectural design of the mall though I was lost at the basement on the first day. I couldn’t find my way out to Wheelock Place! I didn’t even have time to comb the whole mall since I wasn’t in the mood to buy. I am rather happy that Sephora is opened and one of my favourite mineral makeup labels, Bare Minerals can now be bought in Singapore! Though the prices are higher than buying them US or online, it is just good to know I can see the colours of the cosmetics and makeup range for myself, without making any mistakes.

It was enjoyable to go shopping without my boy tailing behind but I am sad that this ‘freedom’ may not last for too long! For those who love individual and innovative wear, don’t forget to drop by Womb by local designer K-Mi Huang. This is my favourite place to find creative tops and clothing with a twist, in a simple and elegant style. I was trying to find something unique after receiving a couple of wedding invitations from my girl friends.

For my beauty stock up, I bought some Dr Hauschka skincare products and it was so timely that they are celebrating their anniversary. There were lots of freebies and goodies when you buy above $160 or $350. Even more when you buy above $500. I couldn’t resist the promotion and bought the Regenerating Day Cream set, the Intensive treatment serum and the lipstick. The Dr.Hauschka Lipstick Novum – 01 Hazelnut is a chic lipstick that comes fully loaded to refine, refinish, and renew beautiful lips with craveable color and rich ingredients such as Rose Petal and Carrot to hydrate and rejuvenate dehydrated, lackluster lips. It is lovely if you are someone who love neutral or brownish tones on your lips.

I can never get too tired when I go shopping in Singapore. It’s just a great place to hang out and feel like a woman again!
