Go Shopping for Vitamins and Health
I love to go shopping for organic and health stuff no matter where I am. In Singapore, my favourite stop is Vitakids at Forum or United Square. That’s probably the best place to shop for quality kids vitamins with brands such as Hero, Nature’s Plus, Nordic Naturals, Herbs N Kids and more.
Our modern diet and lifestyle tend to exclude certain vitamins and nutrients our body require, which explains why we need to take vitamins to function optimally. We still need to eat healthy food in our daily living. So if you eat unhealthy food, you will be unhealthy. Thus avoid saturated and trans fat. Eat less sugary stuff and sodium. Avoid alcohol and quit smoking. Drink plenty of water and remember what your mum used to say, ‘Take your vitamins.’
Do cardio exercises as it’s supposed to toughen up your heart and lungs. Cardio exercises are great for your respiratory and cardiovascular system. Best of all, it burns tons of calories. Build muscles for a toned and defined body. With muscles come strength and with more strength you will be able to do many more things than just having a sexy muscular body. VitaPal.com has a huge selection of Vitamins, Supplements, Homeopathic Remedies for adults and kids. Free Shipping on orders over $100.

Go Shopping for Villas in Seminyak Bali
Shopping for an accommodation for our family vacation has never been more fun than now. After hubby agreed to our family vacation to Bali, I was excited to go shopping for the beautiful villas in Seminyak, Bali.
See, I know very little about Bali. I was there more than 15 years ago and I am 101% sure that the entire island has changed. Bali is now a popular destination for honeymooners, families, leisure seekers, wedding couples…etc. After searching and reading up reviews of the villas in Seminyak, I am totally impressed by what I saw. The photographs depicted were not only attractive, they were so enticing! Luxury villas in Seminyak such as the Legion and The Samaya charge around $700+ a night. I know it is very affordable for some of you who live in places like Europe, Australia and US but for the asians, $700 USD a night’s stay for a vacation is expensive. Yet, the reviews said that ‘it’s worth it’!
I am tempted to book ourselves in The Samaya but towering at $700 over a night during peak season, it’s just too much of a splurge. I would prefer to stick to a more affordable Seminyak villa and use the rest of the savings for shopping in Bali! One thing I know, I won’t need to splurge much on transportation as catching a taxi ride to popular places like Kuta is very cheap. Besides, many of the villas offer drop-offs at Seminyak/Legion area.
So it’s going to be a wonderful vacation for our family. We won’t need to rent a car to get around like some of our previous vacations but for those who are taking long trips, check out www.goodsamesp.com for your travel convenience and peace of mind. It’s still three more months before our bali trip and I am too eager to relax and enjoy those wonderful massages and spa treatments. For more Bali accommodations search, click on the link.
