Shopping For Properties and Investments

Every weekend, there are lots of property exhibitions and talks going on, inviting potential investors to go shopping for properties.

Images are so powerful when it comes to selling a house or property. How many times are we enticed by photos of a well designed and beautifully decorated home before we call up the real estate agent for an appointment. We are sold by photos and marketing. In the current economy, everything seems uncertain and like my mom always advises, keep your cash and be cautious. In the last few months, there’s lots of movement and volatility in the stock market and prices are gold have been trading on a positive note. Many of friends are investing in bullion and wafers… it’s very much like shopping except that it’s for the purpose of investment.

In one month’s time, I’m attending a property seminar where I hope to learn what to look for when I go shopping for properties in the near future. How nice if there’s a passive income to support my shopping sprees and pay for our little luxuries in life.
