Go Shopping Frustrations
This afternoon, the courier company rang my doorbell and I ran to the door with such excitement cos I knew that my kids clothing from DPAM had arrived! This is the thrill I look forward to when I go shopping online – receiving my purchases! Without any delay, I ripped open the courier plastic bag and examine all my purchases!
This DPAM was certainly a good deal for those who live outside France cos the shipping fees was waived for puchases above 100 euros. Was I glad or what. I am a great fan of this fabulous brand and hope that they will do a similar sale in the next season clearance sale! I have to say that the service and shipping experience with DPAM have been great – I mean, it only took them one working day to process my order!
I can’t say that with my Dr Perricone purchase. I bought my Cold Plasma cream and a few other items two weeks ago and they have yet to ship a single item yet. Good service would mean that they should ship whatever they have in stock instead of holding the entire shipment up because of one or two items. Sigh! I recalled how long it took me to receive new curtain set and ceiling fan when I purchased them a year ago at an exhibition.
So it’s nice to go shopping online but I hope that merchants or online retailers would promise prompt delivery to avoid killing the interest of the customers. Who like to wait that long especially when the transaction was carried out and the credit card swiped.
