Go Shopping In Winter

We don’t need to go shopping for winter clothes in this part of the world but I do enjoy layering winter clothes for the fun of it. I miss those times where I can walk around with my RM Williams boots and wool tunic. Winter wear is fashionable and trendy. From adding scarves to choosing woolen jackets, it makes shopping fun and enoyable.

I enjoy spending winter in Japan. If you have been to Tokyo, you would find that there are lots of cool winter wear and accessories to choose from. When I was in Tokyo two years ago, I bought a woolen beret and a lovely jacket. Though the prices weren’t cheap, you can expect quality fashion items in Tokyo. It is just the right place to dress up and join in the fashion parade.

In Australia, my winter was a little different. I recalled sitting by outdoor fireplaces with friends and church members, enjoying a roast dinner and keeping ourselves warm. Though winter isn’t at Christmas time in Australia, it is still a nice season to enjoy the cold and be clad with my favourite jackets, stockings and boots.

Hopefully I can go shopping for winter stuff again in a few months’ time. Though Brissy won’t be that cold, I can still shop for light winter wear for the season. It’s more fun than just having a tropical wardrobe all your round.
