Go Shopping for Natural Skin Care
Whenever I’m back in the lion city, I’ll go shopping for my Dr Hauschka skincare products. The nice thing about buying from your regular sales promoter is that you get lots of freebies like travel size skincare products and special promotions. It’s nice to have these little bonuses as they make you feel that loyalty pays!
I love Dr Hauschka products for its effectiveness and quality. These days, you will notice that skin care using natural ingredients offers great variety when you go shopping. There are facial cleansers, scrubs, moisturizing creams, and face masks. Don’t worry because indications for use are usually found with the recipes. The recipes indicate whether the mixture is for normal, dry, oily, sensitive, and acne-prone skin. Some are even more specialized as blackhead removers or whitening solutions. I’ve heard from a Mesothelioma lawyer friend that you should read the labels to find out what are the natural ingredients that are top in the list.

Natural skin care routine have many advantages. First, the ingredients are easily available and the choices are great. They are also natural, thus, greatly reducing risks of allergies or skin irritations. Second, the ingredients are cheap, which translates into more savings more you. Third, you can modify the recipes to suit your needs. Since the risks for irritations are minimal, experimentations are relatively safe. Fourth, vitamins and antioxidants are naturally found in fruits, while milk and honey have restorative properties. Therefore, you get the same vitamins found in commercial products while limiting or eradicating chemicals.
Online Shopping Apps for Stay at Home Moms
Amazon and eBay shoppers have now more options when it comes to shopping online for good deals. An application had been launched in the iPad for loyal customers of these two shopping carts.
I used to bid in eBay for semi precious stones and I just loved to go shopping for watermelon tourmalines. It is such an addiction with the bidding process. A friend of mine buys baby’s clothing wholesale and sells them in ebay. It has worked well for her since she became a stay at home mom. My cousin who is a stay at home mom spends much of her time shopping online when her twins are in school. It has become a favorite past time for her! On one year, she bought cigars for her hubby on their anniversary… she finds it more convenient than shopping in the stores when she has a pair of twins on toll.
When it comes to shopping for baby clothing, I like the clean and hip styles at DPAM.com. They often have promotion for free shipping and their clearance sale has lots of best buys. Children’s clothing are very expensive in Malaysia so I prefer to pick up good deals at the outlet stores.
Shopping For Tablets
It looks like tech savvy shoppers will have more choices when they go shopping for tablets in the next one year.
With a high consumer satisfaction rating, the iPad is a huge success and has revolutionize how we receive and send information. Of course we have the notebooks and net books but who wants to carry a heavy or bulky device when it can slip the iPad in the bag? Blackberry announces its ‘Playbook’ with a screen half the size of the iPad. But why bother to read in a 7″ when it isn’t typographically ideal when you are reading a business document? While this is just my opinion, it may lure the blackberry users. But if apps is the future, then the ‘playbook’ may be a redundant device since the company isn’t planning to use apps for the device. Perhaps my water filter supplier who is a loyal user of Blackberry may get one for novelty sake but I’m not sure if he’ll be bringing it around when he’s servicing his clients
All I know is with all the techno giants jumping on the tablet bandwagon, it’s good for consumers to shop and compare.
Go Shopping with Smartphones and iPad
My hubby and myself were having a conversation and we started discussing about the future of online shopping. As some of you may be aware. people are going shopping for applications for their smartphones and iPad and this is just the beginning of a technology revolution that can affect online shopping in a big way.
For instance, I had bought three applications since I got my iPad. This is an addiction as more people are shopping in iTunes store for apps that can either increase their productivity or enhancing their lifestyle. Apps will be the future of virtual shopping. Many retailers have created apps for iPhones and iPad that can provide their tech savvy consumers the convenience of shopping from anywhere in the world. And, this is very powerful. Not only will they increase their sales, their company will grow in a tremendous way. I’m sure many of us will be using our smartphones to book hotels, shop for gifts or even compare cheap insurance without even turning on our computer or logging onto a browser. Experts say that apps can replace the browser in the future.
So if this is the true direction of online shopping, retailers and companies should start creating apps for the new generation of consumers.
Shop for Hotels and Read Reviews
One of the frustrating experiences I had encountered with making hotel reservations online is the poor customer service from the merchant. I just recently booked our hotel to the eastern state and wasn’t too happy with the delay in response from the merchant.
Shopping for hotels in the internet is quite a fun experience and despite couple of bad encounters, my experience has been good with most. Before deciding on the location, I usually head to trip advisor for some trusted reviews. You may not agree with all the reviews sometimes so the best thing is to head to the trip advisor forum.
In the forum, you can ask questions and expert travelers or destination experts will attend to your queries. I have seen all kinds of questions being posted in the forum, from where is the best shopping spot to tour itineraries. Some even use the forum to ask questions relating to the weather, jobs in healthcare, currency exchange, security issues, updates…etc.
When it comes to hotels shopping, I do take the reviews with a pinch of salt. A bad experience from one doesn’t mean the hotel is bad if the ratings are good. But it helps to know what others had experienced so that you can avoid facing the same predicament. Need to find a good accommodation for your vacation? Search Your Hotel and compare prices here.
