This weekend, I plan to go shopping and compare prices for my Dr Hauschka and organic skincare products since I’m running out of cleanser.
In Australia, there are lots of organic and natural beauty and skincare products but it’s hard to try them all. So the best thing to do is to read reviews of users and find out what they think of the products. Natural beauty and skincare users are on the rise so it’s not hard to find out what other have to say about some of these products. Among all the organic or holistic skincare, I had used Dr Hauschka, Ren, Jurlique, Suki, Elemental Beauty, Pangea Organics, Juice Beauty, Aesop and Trilogy. Just like my friend who takes time to search for the best hgh supplement, it took me some time to test out these products and decide if they are meant for me.
My favourites for now are Dr Hauschka, Aesop and Aesop. I still used facial masks from the other organic and natural brands since I love pampering myself before I sleep at night. But for the usual skincare range, Dr Hauschka is the best product for my skin.

Baking is getting more fun lately and I enjoy experimenting with different recipes. I like to go shopping for baking products but it irks me that I can’t get good quality stuff here sometimes.
Last week, I ordered some quality Callebaut dark chocolate chips online and I can’t wait to use them! The internet is such a great place to get information and while researching for good Adirondack chair the other day, I stumbled upon some cool sites for wool clothing. Though it isn’t so wintry cold here, I still find myself needing some new witner wear and the man here just wouldn’t understand why! I would love to buy a pair of knee high boots and I do hope to find a pair of nice ones when the sale is on.
It’s going to be a busy week coming up and I should get more work done before my good friend arrives. I look forward to go shopping with her when she comes and it’s just nice for some girly bonding time!

When I go shopping online these days, I am careful to check out shipping costs, esp when it’s coming from overseas. This is because, the shipping costs can be so high that it’s just not worth paying for it.

Hubby and myself like to go shopping online for good deals and discounted buys. So far, we had purchased quite alot of stuff online and we have had good experiences but we seldom buy electrical stuff online.
Last week, our heater from CrazySales came. This is one online store that sells some good stuff at cheap prices but we have never bought anything from them. We took the challenge to order our heater since winter is knocking on our doors now. Besides we have some friends visiting next week and we aren’t sure if they are prepared for the cold. Well, the heater came and the delivery was under five days – very efficient. But the moment hubby opened the package, he knew something was wrong. He heard some clankety sound in the heater. We checked it, tipped it over and found that something was broken inside! I mean, if you buy clothing or something light online, we can just send them back and the shipping won’t cost alot. But we were reluctant about sending back a 5kg heater cos shipping will cost a bomb! My friends once bought nurses uniforms online and when things go wrong, they could still resolve online. But now, my heater had to be sent back – we weren’t sure how!
We contacted the customer support at CrazySales and I was impressed that they were happy to look at the problem. They even sent us the reply paid number so that shipping is not charged to us. With this in mind, we had such peace, knowing that we won’t need to pay hefty shipping costs. So will we continue to go shopping online next time? Certainly! But we will be careful about electrical or bulky items. Because it’s just too much trouble should anything goes wrong!
