Well, these days, I have been very careful with warranties when I buy something especially expensive ones. You will find that some computer companies are offering extended laptop warranty to consumers and sometimes it’s worth paying for this extension. I have been warned that repairs are expensive in Australia so I will take note and buy all the electrical stuff when we move there. At the end of the day, I wouldn’t want to pay too much for expensive repairs.

Since we are setting up a home office, we’ll go shopping for some office equipment including a color laser printer and other essentials when we settle down. Hopefully we can get good discounts from year end and closed out sales.

I have been shopping online in the Apple Store and comparing prices among the various Mac models. First, I wanted a new MacBook Pro then I was attracted by the large working screen of the iMac. It’s a great machine to work and the clarify is tad impressive! After comparing prices among the various international stores, I thought I would buy it via the Apple Malaysia store. Then, I found out that Apple Singapore is offering a free iPod with a Mac purchase and I was thrilled! The iPod will start from RM779 in Malaysia so it’s a good shopping deal! Now I’m contemplating buying my iMac from the Online Apple store. Singapore cos this means savings of S$300 and more!

I am thankful for technology because it has helped me to stay connected with my family and friends near and far. I’ve been hunting for a new camera bag these few days. I bought a crumpler camera bag three years ago whenever I got my first DSLR.
