If I’m given a choice, I would rather invest in a pair of designer sandals than a pair of designer dress shoes. But where image is concerned, it’s not presentable to be clad in sandals when you are out of a business meeting. It looks like I would need a pair of dress shoes for my upcoming event next Tuesday. I’m not that sort who enjoy walking around in heels and pointed dress shoes. My image consultant friend thinks I should learn to walk gently and that I should also invest in a nice pair of formal, corporate looking dress shoes for ‘the sake of my business image’.
